I’m late, I’m late! Sorry, guys, I have no other excuse except that I was really oblivious of the time (and date). I’ve been watching Wimbledon matches till late at night, eagerly anticipating my boy, Rafael Nadal, advancing to the semis. Anyways, here’s my entry for this week:
Seafood amok. Shrimp, squid, and fish cooked in coconut milk with various aromatic herbs and spices. One of our favorite dishes to order at Trasak Paek (Sweet Cucumber) Restaurant along St. 63, also known as Phlauv Trasak Paem (Sweet Cucumber Street). Nice name, eh?
